Fees

Lyn does not charge a fee if you decide to take a loan and it settles with a lender from the approved panel, as commission may be paid by the lender.

However, a fee may apply if you cancel or refinance your mortgage within the first two years after settlement.

The fee for financial advice will be calculated at $250 per hour based on time spent. An invoice will be issued and payment is due within 5 working days.

A one-off fee may also apply where Lyn acts on your behalf with a provider outside the accredited panel or where no commission is payable. Any such fee would be agreed in advance and authorised by you in writing.

Commissions & Incentives

Lyn may receive commission at settlement from the relevant lender if you choose to take out a mortgage following her advice. Commissions are generally between 0.50% and 0.85% of the initial mortgage balance or funded amount.

An ongoing trail commission of approximately 0.15% to 0.20% of the mortgage balance may also be received annually.

The commission received is shared with Lift Capitals Limited t/a Homelend for compliance support, training, and back-office support.

Conflicts of interest are managed by prioritising your interests, following a structured advice process, researching suitable products, annual training, maintaining a conflicts register, and regular compliance reviews.

Neither Lift Capitals Limited t/a Homelend nor Lyn Goh has been subject to a reliability event that would materially influence your decision to seek advice.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about Lyn’s financial advice or service, please contact Lyn directly by phone or email using the heading Complaint - Your Name.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours, recorded in the Complaints Register, and worked through with you. A response will be provided within 7 working days where possible.
